Mona Naqvi
Attorney Moonazza “Mona” Naqvi joined Lass Law with more than 15 years of experience in Family Law. She has dedicated her career to helping families navigate some of the most challenging chapters of their lives, finding deep purpose in guiding clients toward stability, understanding, and resolution. She views herself as an advocate for her clients, and takes that responsibility seriously.
Mona earned both her Juris Doctor and LL.M. from Chapman University School of Law in 2005 and 2006, respectively. In 2015, she received the Patricia Herzog Pro Bono Service Award from the Legal Aid Society of Orange County for achieving a groundbreaking legal outcome — the first case in Orange County to grant a child more than two legal parents (the biological mother, biological father, and stepfather). While honors like this are meaningful, Mona views them as reminders of why she chose this field in the first place: family is at the heart of everything she does.
As a single mother of three, Mona understands firsthand the emotional and practical realities that come with family transitions. That personal insight shapes the way she approaches every case — with empathy, respect, and unwavering advocacy. In simple terms: she gets it, and that understanding allows her clients to feel truly supported and confident throughout the legal process.
At Lass Law, Mona also serves as our Senior Attorney, providing mentorship and guidance to our associate attorneys as they grow in their family law careers. Her vast experience and passion for collaboration help shape not only our team, but the future of family law in Southern California. Although Mona is primarily based in Orange County, she proudly represents clients in Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego Counties as well — expanding Lass Law’s reach and allowing even more families to benefit from her compassionate, skilled representation.
