Ashley Stovall

Paralegal

Ashley found her way into family law in a particularly meaningful way, by volunteering at Operation Hope, which is a shelter for homeless women and children. She then expanded her work by volunteering at a shelter focused on victims of human trafficking by assisting with their case management.

These experiences gave her in depth knowledge and understanding of victimization, mental manipulation and all forms of abuse. With all of this knowledge and experience, Ashley decided to obtain her paralegal certificate so she would be able to help people within the family law system, hopefully before they were at the point of needing the shelters she previously volunteered at.

As a member of the Lass Law team, Ashley handles oversite of the case to make sure we are prepared and ahead of schedule for all deadlines and required documents, works with clients directly to assist them in completion of various required forms, and is constantly juggling the every evolving needs and intricacies that each case presents on a daily basis. As someone who has divorced parents and a father who is a veteran, Ashley is able to empathize and relate to those who have gone through military divorces and is always available to lend an ear and actively listen in support of those who have been through trauma.

Ashley’s contribution to our firm ensures the smoothest experience for our clients possible, in such challenging times, and supports our attorneys so they are able to help as many clients as possible.
